PAYMENT

We work with Shopify Payments, Apple Pay and PayPal; you can pay there by credit card or bank transfer, even without a PayPal account.

CLICK & COLLECT

All products in the "Everything in stock" section can be picked up in Munich at the OI MARÌ store.

DELIVERY

For all products that are not in stock, we need about 6 weeks to make your order.

Products that we have in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a notification to the email address you provided during checkout.
Within Europe the delivery time is 2-5 business days. If you do not receive your order within this time, please contact us at ciao@tellherwithaplate.com
International deliveries
We ship worldwide. For orders outside Europe, USA and Canada please contact us at ciao@tellherwithaplate.com. We will be happy to help you.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU fees and customs duties of the respective country may apply.

Since our products have to be packed elaborately to arrive safely, we unfortunately cannot reduce the shipping costs. Please understand.

RETURNS

We pack each item very carefully and insure the shipment for its value. However, if anything arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at ciao@tellherwithaplate.com. We will do our best to replace the damaged parts.

If you do not like an item, you are welcome to return it within 14 days. Please make sure the item is undamaged and unused. You are responsible for the return shipment and bear the costs. For more information on returns, click here.

CERAMICS/GLAZE/FOOD SAFETY

Each piece is glazed by hand, which is not possible without slight irregularities. This is intentional and adds to the character of each piece. The glaze used does not contain lead and is suitable for food.

CARE

You can wash our tableware in the dishwasher. Ceramics can also withstand high heat, but please do not expose them to sudden extreme temperature changes.

Some of our items are available in limited quantities. It is best to subscribe to our NEWSLETTER to be the first to know when we have new pieces in the shop. If you need a piece from an old collection, please contact us at ciao@tellherwithaplate.com.
